🌴 Resort Guest Guidelines

We are delighted to welcome you. To ensure a peaceful, safe, and enjoyable stay, please take note of the following rules and policies:

🛎️ Check In & Identification

Primary guest must be at least 18 years of age.
Valid photo ID is required at check‑in (Passport, Aadhaar, Driving License, or Government ID).
Local IDs and unmarried couple bookings are not accepted.
Reception staff may refuse registration without explanation if rules are not met.
Keys are issued and collected through building staff or caretaker assistance.

🕒 Timings

Check‑in: 12:00 noon | Check‑out: 11:00 am
Quiet hours: 10:00 pm – 6:00 am
Main entrance gate closed: 10:30 pm – 6:00 am (permission required for entry/exit during this time).
Breakfast: 8:30 am – 10:00 am
Housekeeping: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm

🚭 Smoking, Alcohol & Pets

Smoking inside rooms is strictly prohibited. Use designated smoking areas only.
Alcohol consumption is not permitted anywhere on the property.
Pets are not allowed, and no pets live on the premises.

🌊 Beach & Outdoor Activities

For your safety, late‑night visits to the beach are not recommended. The resort is not responsible for injuries or loss of life.
After beach activities, please use the washroom near the entrance to shower before entering rooms.
Kindly do not litter at the beach.

🏠 Room & Property Care

Switch off AC, fans, and lights before leaving the room.
AC will not function on UPS/Generator backup.
Guests are responsible for their belongings.
Damages or loss of property will incur fines or recovery charges.
Room occupancy limits must be respected.
Outside visitors are not permitted in guest rooms.
Safeguard your room key cards and report any loss immediately.

🤝 Guest Conduct

Maintain peace during quiet hours.
Respect fellow guests’ comfort and privacy.
Management reserves the right to cancel or refuse room reservations.
